The Stokes CDS dry screw chemical vacuum pump from 250-1600 m³/hr is engineered to meet these challenges, with a design tailored to fine chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical applications. Featuring a variable-pitch dry screw mechanism for process flexibility and a plug-and-play, easy-to-use configuration, the Stokes CDS delivers dependable, adaptable and effluent-free vacuum performance while allowing customization to meet specific process needs.

Designed for harsh chemical environments

Excellent corrosion resistance is ensured with all wetted parts plated in Hastelloy® alloy, with titanium or duplex steel options available for highly aggressive processes. Integrated purge protection extends service life under harsh operating conditions, while flexible configuration options allow for bare shaft or direct drive arrangements. FKM sealing and a PTFE shaft seal come standard, delivering reliable containment and long-term durability.
