The Stokes RB & GB series provide versatile, high-performance solutions for demanding vacuum applications. The RB series features a two-lobe design, while the GB series offers a three-lobe configuration with exhaust gas cooling, covering capacities from 170 to 2,700 m³/h. Paired with backing pumps, they boost pumping speeds, shorten pump-down times, and achieve vacuum levels higher by one decade.

Designed for long service life and dependable operation, these pumps are simple to use and easy to maintain. Configurable to your specific process needs, they help maximize productivity while minimizing downtime. With straightforward serviceability and robust performance, they keep your operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Available in bare-shaft or direct-drive options, these boosters offer single or process-isolated seals for superior protection in harsh environments. Wetted parts can be ENP or Hastelloy C coated to suit specific industry needs.

Features

Robust design

Strengthened shafts and dynamically balanced impellers, ensure smooth, dependable operation and simple, trouble-free use even in demanding conditions.

Reliable

The pump features an oil-lubricated mechanical shaft seal, strengthened shafts, and large helical gears. Available with multiple mechanical seal options, it provides optimal protection against dust and particles in the most demanding applications.

Optimized performance

Engineered for reliable, high-efficiency operation, the pump maintains a stable process and delivers a high differential pressure to ensure consistent output, even under varying load conditions. Its design supports continuous operation across a broad range of pressures, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications where steady vacuum performance and process reliability are critical. This stability not only improves product quality but also enhances overall system efficiency and uptime.

Flexible configuration

The pump can be supplied with a standard motor or without a motor, allowing integration with a locally sourced motor to suit specific requirements. Its design supports horizontal or vertical flow, providing adaptability to a wide range of applications and system layouts.

Adaptable for demanding applications

Gas-cooled boosters are engineered for harsh environments requiring high differential pressure. A specially designed bearing chamber minimizes the risk of oil emulsification, ensuring stable and reliable operation even when handling steam, solvents, or other challenging process media.

Equipped with a mechanical shaft seal, the pump is designed for both durability and straightforward serviceability.
